Could it be that you're paying them a cut? When players type in chat their goal is not to coach you but to let out their frustrations by making you feel bad.
Sure, you can search through the pile of shit that some soloq player thinks to find a golden nugget of advice, but to me it's not worth the metal toll.

Make high Elo what it's meant to be, a breeding ground for future pros, not a fucking zoo with certain players tryharding or purposely losing the game depending on their mood swings.
